My current project is writing, and then writing more! Flash prose and an auto-ethnography of working in higher education is my focus.

Beyond Welcoming to Inclusion: Building a Communal Workforce

Explore what it takes to build and maintain intentional community in the workplace. Valuing each person’s identities, experiences, talents, and skills make the difference. Cultural understanding, authentic and intentional inclusion, and value-based leadership are integral parts of targeted universalism and developing and maintaining a workplace where everyone feels part of the work family. Communal values help create environments that are designed with everyone in mind.

Provides an introductory overview of terminology, concepts, and issues related to gender, gender identity and expression, legal sex, and sexual orientation. Recognition of intersectionality of identities is incorporated.

Pronouns 101 

A beginners guide to understanding and using pronouns (e.g., she, he, they and more).
